Goods will be delivered to addresses throughout the UK within 1-2 working days of the order being placed. Throughout the rest of Europe, goods will be delivered within 5 working days.

If you wish to return any METRIN products please print out and fill in a returns form and send this, along with the products to be returned, to METRIN Skincare Europe Ltd, Returns Department, PO Box 325, Leeds, LS17 8ZJ. A Returns Form can also be posted to you on request.

We will make a full refund of the products cost within 30 days of our receipt of the returned products.
